Cancellation Policy

All our floral décor products are made-to-order at point of sale, any cancellation needs to be confirmed within 48 hours of placing an order otherwise your products will be in manufacture and we can no longer accept any cancellations or refunds at this point.

 

 

Returns Policy

All our floral décor products come with a standard 14-day return policy. If your product has arrived damaged, please ensure you contact us within 14 days to arrange a return. Please note that all floral arrangements are bespoke made to order products and as such we can only accept returns of damaged items.

 

Any products being returned must be done so in its original packaging, unused and with paperwork/proof of purchase. Once received, we will assess the product for signs of damage and advise by mail if a refund is accepted or denied.

 

 

Delivery & Lead-Times

All our products come with a lead time notified at point of sale and while we will always endeavour to deliver on the lead times provided, our anticipated delivery dates can fluctuate due to unforeseen circumstances & delays in shipping.  Any delays, while regrettable, do not qualify for a refundable return.
